  Looking for a reputable roofer willing to do a small job that a previous roofer messed up. Where our main roof meets the sunroom edition roof something wasn't done correctly and after a heavy rain we having leaking into the sunroom and porch. It only happens after a heavy rain. Some small indoor/ outdoor concrete work (leveling basement floor and patching a wall in our parking pad) applying a skim coat to plaster walls in a very small bathroom. Laying roughly 100 sqft of tile. Putting in a backpslash. Installing recessed lights. Putting up a new ceiling. This can be someone looking for a side job but must have references and proof of experience. Will be having a few people come give quotes (hopefully nex week?) then we will hire.

This is not a standard staircase, it is made of half logs. May also be interested in someone installing engineered hardwood after and a few other various projects to get the house ready for sale.
