The crux of the learning process is to divide the cuisines on offer into weekly segments so that the rudimentaries of each cusine can be taught. From the Italian tomato sauce to the broth and noodles of Chinese cuisine to the buttery goodness of the French. They key is to build the foundations of every cuisine on a weekly basis and then build on those basics to allow the students to learn and prepare more complicated delicacies of every cuisine being offered.
Our work philosophy is to combine two elements - education and practice- by giving our students hands on training and one-to-one interaction in a most cordial environment. Our kitchen studio is considered a simulation laboratory which mirrors what you practically encounter as a professional Chef.
