  I was talking with my husband about finding GOOD onion rings in Houston. There are a couple of varieties: the big ring (ala Prince's-- huge rings often too floury, but they look good), strings (smaller shoe string varieties, with a better batter to onion ratio) or the reconstruct (onion tasting reconstructed rings). Where is the best place to find any of these?
