How Curves Works
30-MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT DESIGNED FOR WOMEN
The Curves workout combines Strength Training with cardio activity and stretching – all in just 30 minutes – to create lean muscle, raise your metabolism, burn more fat and tone your body. By getting stronger and increasing your flexibility, you are setting the stage for your healthier, more active future.

- A Curves Coach is always there to train and motivate you at every workout.
- Designed for women of all ages and fitness levels.
- Curves fitness classes† give you the chance to workout on our Circuit and focus on specialty moves (like Boxing or Body Balance) in between the machines.

Mon - Thurs: 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & 3:00 to 6:30 p.m.
Fri: 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & Closed evening
Sat: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Closed: Sunday and major holidays
