  Bit of help please... Im after finding somewhere that's good at sorting eyebrows!! I'm looking at getting my mums done for her. She has very fine eyebrows and almost like it doesn't grow in certain places therefore has to pencil them in. She's desperate to have "normal" brows again. Is there such a place that can do this? Maybe threading to even up the odd growth and some sort of special make up that makes them look fuller that lasts longer than an eyebrow pencil?? I'm really not sure if what she needs can be done but I have no idea where to start looking! Thank you in advance x
