  Ok I thought cable and phone companies were bad for making people just wait around. We have a leak that will require attention from a plumber, it's contained and with shut off valves we don't have a flood. But for 2 days now I have been trying to arrange for a plumber to visit--they best they can do is give me a 1/2's notice??? really!! I am suppose to expect my tenant to be no further than a 1/2hr away from home on her day off??? IF anyone has a plumber they can recommend that can give me a better service experience I will be greatful.

  Hey Shelley - I just had an issue in my basement and called Darrel from Len's plumbing here in Kitchener - he was awesome - you can give him a try - 519-745-0997 or lensplumbing@yahoo.ca. Not sure about timing as I just left him a key..... Hope this helps.
