  I need a recommendation for a good heating and air guy. We were using the Craze Brothers and they were supposed to be ordering a part for ours but never did and have changed their number. They did the same thing to my neighbor and his is under warranty. He even has their cell number and they are not accepting his calls. They have given no communication or explanation! The Craze brothers put my unit in new right before I bought my house and I don't know if it's under warranty... I don't know what is going on with them. My unit started acting up last year and they told me twice they were ordering the part... I am tired of businesses/ people not doing their customers right! Anyone know of any good air conditioning people that you have actually had a good experience with??

  Do you live in Oak Ridge? It is for home owners and renters. You must have all electric to qualify. You may look into this program www.makeoree.com I just got a new hvac system last week for free from this program.
