  Please recommend for me a good doctor in the Salt Lake area. Someone gay friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to let me experiment with ADHD meds until I find something that works for me (my current doc has dismissed my suggestion that I might benefit from Adderall or Ritalin so thoroughly that I haven't felt comfortable pressing him about it). Also, a good endocrinologist (I'd like to get my hormone levels checked and it's been suggested to me that a general practitioner might not order all of the tests needed to get a good picture).

  I liked Dr. Gay at Evolutionary Healthcare (http://evolutionaryhealthcare.com). Gay friendly (poetically just name) and he seemed to really listen. Plus the office is also a small art gallery, which is kind of groovy.
