  Contact us at consumer credit counseling 706-327-3239 or email me jpeters@familycenterofcolumbus.com. we can see if there are any alternatives for you and if bankruptcy is the best option we do the required counseling for filing. Most attorneys will not see you until you have completed the counseling.

  I'm trying to clear up my credit report and was able to get a few things deleted off my credit report that shouldn't have been on there due to dismissal in court. I would like to speak with someone who knows legal terms perhaps a paralegal who could provide terminology and point in the right direction as far as what I can do. Yes I do know I can call and speak with an attorney but at this moment I do not have the funds to do so please don't tell me to call an attorney & that I shouldn't have things on my credit or bashing!!!
