  Good Morning. Attn: Realtors I'm looking to buy homes CASH that are in need of fixing up. I want to buy them, fix them, and sell them. If you are going to be my realtor: 1. Do not put me on an email drip. I don't want 50 thousand emails. I will hate you, and not work with you. I want specific properties where I buy them cheap enough, so I have room for a construction budget, and have room to make a profit. Preferably bank owned properties. 2. My time is valuable. When making an appointment to see a property, have a few lined up back to back, so we can be efficient. 3. Do your homework before showing me a property. I need to know what the comps are in the area. 4. Let me know of any violations, liens etc. Contact me if you are serious about making money, and are willing to invest time in being my realtor. I'm a CASH buyer, I need somebody that will cater to my needs. If so we will all make money.
