Make sure the electricity is up to date, the house is in good shape, there's no bugs etc. Could you guys recommend any house inspectors, pest guys, electricians and rates on what they'd cost to come look at it?   Look up Jody Jernigan he did mine and it was nearly 50 pages. It was a very detailed report. 9314549065 its $275 for first time home buyers.
