  Hello, We are looking to purchase a home and were told we needed to start with a lender, I havent checked my credit lately, but last time I did it was in the fair range, my fiance has really bad credit, but we are first time buyers, we have 3 years of rental history, have never been late on rent, but we are tired of renting and really want to purchase a home in Lees Summit.
