  here is the one for Parkfalls. 715-762-0200. if you call there they can give you the one for rhinelander. it is a little closer. i can't find it right now. But Parkfalls can get you in sooner.

  all marshfield dental clinics are alike. i'm sure that they can transfer records. they take all insurances and are very resonable. if its oral surgary, they might not do it there. 715-762-0200 park falls
