The it takes 2 weeks to hear back. Once I finally do the wife isn't even working at the company anymore (thanks for the heads up)! Contract almost up so calling all realtors. .. Looking for one that when they say open houses every two weeks means every two weeks.. If anyone has suggestions please let me know.   You probably have already considered this, and things are easier and should be quicker with a realtor, but if you get too fed up and want to save the commission $, you could always try selling it yourselves and have your open houses whenever you want.
