  Any recommendations for a good roofer. Need to replace ours. We are considering a metal roof but not 100% at this point.

  I have a contract with Southeast Roofing and Const. (Mike Parsons 850-478-4715) for a metal roof - should be installed by the end of the month. They were recommended by East Hill Building and Design and Southeast has done several homes in the neighborhood that look great. Stay tuned.
