Keith A. Stiles, is a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York and Massachusetts and professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, who has more than 18 years of sports, orthopedic and clinical massage expertise. He is a graduate with high honors from the internationally-renowned Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT), in Boulder, Colorado.
The 1060-hour manual therapy certificate program earned Keith a unique opportunity to work with industry heavy-weight, Elaine Calenda, board member of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). He began his work with her in 1995, assisting in orthopedic massage seminars, which spring-boarded him into a long-term teaching position with his alma mater, BCMT, as an instructor of Swedish Massage, Structural Kinesiology & Orthopedic Massage.
During his six year tenure at BCMT, Keith also gained world-class clinical experience at Boulder Rehabilitative Centers and worked with Myofacial Release Master Mark F. Barnes, MPT, at SOMA Physical Therapy. Concurrently, Keith also maintained two highly successful massage office practices in Boulder and Denver.
In 2002, Keith was recruited to work with the international, renowned artistic entertainment company, Cirque du Soleil. For 6 years, he traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan and Europe, working with Olympic gymnasts, acrobats, aerialists, contortionists, dancers, jugglers, clowns and actors across four traveling big-top shows, Alegria, Dralion, Quidam & Corteo.
In January 2009 at the conclusion of his Cirque touring , Keith joined 3-time “Best of Boston” Moore Massage. Keith’s profesional journey has continued with a move to Manhattan. His practice includes work at Fluid Fitness (Bryant Park), Manhattan house-calls and continued work with Cirque du Soleil and... show more their most recent productions, Wintuk, Banana Shpeel & OVO.
