Whether it’s for family dinner, lunches, entertaining, seniors or an emergency dinner supply; Le Chou Vert has something to fit your needs! Our meal packages are a great alternative to unhealthy restaurant food or over processed food from the freezer aisle. All of our packages are prepared from scratch by a MAPAQ certified Professional Chef. Using only the best ingredients, our delicious meals are delivered to you fresh and ready to be enjoyed or can be frozen for a quick meal solution. We also offer uncooked prepared produce to simplify your time in the kitchen!
All orders must be placed Sunday evening before 11PM to be delivered Monday and Tuesday evening.

About the Chef:
My name is Shonna; I am a professional Chef and I have the MAPAQ Hygiene and Food Safety certification. I have been working in the restaurant industry for nearly 10 years. From a humble beginning washing dishes in a tiny breakfast restaurant, I’ve learnt a lot through my experiences working in many different areas of cuisine. Eventually I came to run the kitchen for a health food Cafe in Old Montreal where my passion for natural, healthy cooking began. After graduating from culinary school, I worked in fine dining restaurants and had opportunities to work with many talented Chefs. After deciding to switch gears, I spent the last five years running the kitchen for a private residential treatment center located in Montreal. This is where I was able to do what I am really passionate about, feed people delicious and healthy meals! During that time I created my own menu and really fine tuned all of my dishes. While I love everything I do it has always been my dream to venture out on my own and after taking some time off for the birth of my son Jacob it felt like the perfect opportunity.
