  Heidi Phifer Esthetics in Rockland FOR SURE! She has great attention for detail, a perfectionist, fast, professional, and super nice. Her prices are reasonable also. I've been to Rheal Day Spa and her for waxing and although Rheal Day Spa was great and I had no issues, she was amazing and I was very impressed. :)
