I have several home repairs that I need done and instead of paying different people for different things it would be ideal to pay one person who can do it all, and for an affordable price. -Front door dead bolt needs adjusted -Bedroom door needs sanded (rubbing carpet and won't close correctly) -pressure wash and stain a back deck (not very big) Install front porch light -Install new pump for toilet -Patch a hole in drywall -Spray on popcorn ceiling in one small area (one round area about 12 in wide)
