  South Suburban spay/neuter clinic in Chgo Hts, IL . Call(708) 755-1110. They are at 137 W. Joe Orr Rd. I believe the Hanover vet on route 41 in Cedar Lake has a low cost s/n clinic once a month (not sure on prices or details).
