We’ve got a massive 1st floor room with two street-facing windows and a (real) closet, for $800 including utilities. Right next to the 2,3, and 5 trains in Crown Heights and a twenty minute walk from the Prospect park/Brooklyn Museum/Botanical Gardens area. Small common space area, small bathroom, but fully functioning kitchen with a dining room table, etc. My old roommate is moving directly upstairs because her sister’s moving to New York…anyway, we’re looking for someone clean, working (please have proof of income), very responsible, who is ok with a fat cat who’ll occasionally wander into your room. 420 friendly, and also just plain friendly!
