He has done nothing to refinance my loans and his office has not responded to over a dozen voicemails and emails over the last three months. They told us to stop paying my student loans and this is cause my credit score to drop serval hundred points. When I called to discuss this with them because they promised it would not happen, they have never responded to my calls. They continue to take 140 dollars out of my account every month to pay for their services but they have not done anything they promised. Possible student loan refinance scam
