  Looking for recommendations for a good reputable contractor that could do a version of this outside area. We would want to enclose the bottom to at least a 3 season space and screen the top, making it an outside living space w/a fireplace, ceiling fan, etc... I'd like to a couple of strong recommendations and will get a couple of quotes for the job. (Our home is no where as fancy as either of these, but this project would be a great improvement.)
