  Anybody from newark? Just met a lovely man called lez on a market stall in gainsborough (Marshalls yard) and just tried his gluten free bread rolls. Best bread i have ever tasted. He has a bakery in newark and i would definitely recommend him. I think his bakery is ALG Bakery and i have his contact details so i will definitely pay him a visit. He sells gluten free rolls, Pastry, Pie, Sausage rolls. Very impressed as i've not been pleased with any gluten free bread before.
