  Don't be discouraged! There are places you just need to look.... and because it is HB they go fast... you need to drive around if you are looking in downtown. .. look for signs... and management company info.... mine is ampmproperties.com look them up they always have listings. ... but in that price range you need to rent directly from an owner.
