Monday brunch is a tough one. The only restaurant I can think of with brunch & booze on Mondays is Max's Wine Dive, Washington Ave location. Serving Brunch on Mondays, and other days, from 11 am to 3 pm. See their menu here: http://www.maxswinedive.com/houston-washington-ave/menus/ . Note: I have no relationship with them other than they are friends of mine and they usually participate in Houston Restaurant Weeks benefiting the Houston Food Bank each year. :)
