  Don, The best buy going is Digitrax PS515 power supply. It's compact, it's fully insulated, it's got 12' of cables, it's overload protected and it costs less than the MCI, a case and protection. The PS515 is a lot safer, too. If you still want to build your own, go to: http://pages.sssnet.com/donc/ or to http://www.tttrains.com/ Look for a link to the Shorehaven Shops. They sell the MCI transformer in a complete kit with circuit breakers, etc., less case. Bob
