  Jan, Please look into Echo Works. It's a non-profit that provides work for people with disabilities, like Down Syndrome. They would send out a supervised crew and though they will not be as efficient as a pro, the pricing should reflect that fact.   PLEASE READ THIS: ECHO is a non-profit that employs Down Syndrome people to do jobs just like this. They are supervised and not expensive, though not as efficient as a pro. We intend to use them later this summer: http://echoworks.org/
