  I am also needing a very reliable and inexpensive service plumber or handyman that knows plumbing (don't need to be licensed). We own close to 100 doors that we self manage as well as flipping 20 or so properties per year and we need the services of a plumber/handyman a lot who doesn't try and charge $1000 for a water heater or $200 for each shower valve/trim they change out. We have a lot of volume and need a reasonable guy who values a long term volume relationship over trying to gouge a couple times.
