Hi my name is Sally Stanley and my husband’s name is Brendon Stanley. Together, we own and operate Evolution Catering. We have been involved in all aspects of the hospitality industry for 25 years and have a great understanding of a well catered function with a great atmosphere. Evolution Catering is a mobile service able to go anywhere and do anything! We have a large number of consultant Chefs and wonderful, friendly and experienced wait staff to make any event a success no matter how big or small. We pride ourselves on being able to work with our clients to keep within their budget and satisfy them with an unforgettable occasion. We cater for events and festivals, corporate meetings – dinners, weddings/engagement, kid’s parties, special occasions, fundraisers, BBQs, just about anything!
Evolution Catering provides a unique catering experience designed specifically for each client. The client’s satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, so that is why we source the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. We create our dishes with the health and wellbeing of our clients in mind. Our customer service standards are said to be one of our best assets. Evolution Catering is all about style and class represented in our food, presentation and service.
We can help with any part of your event not just the delicious food. Evolution Catering has the ability to organise marquee’s, tables, chairs, linen, crockery/cutlery, beverage/bar service, venue/ location, table settings, wedding/occasion cakes, lighting, music you name it we will help! We have many unique ideas for weddings and children parties to make your day different from the rest.
