  I left that same dental office gentle dental out south liberty Brittany Lawrence it was a nightmare!!! I went to dental west recently with an emergency with a broken mohler and I ended up having to get a crown and they were wonderful!! Dental west associates 2245 Mission St SE suite 200 503-399-0220.
