They wouldn’t fix it because we didn’t buy it from them. (We we’re not living in Canberra when he started needing one) so I don’t really want to buy from them as their attitude wasn’t very helpful. (Totally agree it’s their right to refuse to help, it’s also my right to respond to that refusal to help) Are there any other places around who actually care?
