  #SIAadvice Hi ~ I know there have been lots of posts asking about local tattoo artists but can anyone recommend someone who can help design the tattoo first? I'm wanting writing done as well as a design around it and want to sit with some one first to see what they can come up with. I've had small tattoos done in Andover and have been pleased with them, but as I want writing done this time, I want to be really confident about whom I'm using. Many thanks
