  Try KV Law Partners. http://kvlaw.bg/en/ They're on Vitosha Blvd, opposite NDK - Young dynamic firm that speak several languages. I'm not sure that they do Immigration, however, from my personal experience they are excellent in whatever they turn their hand to! Good luck!
