  Pretty difficult to get in as a new patient that quickly most of the time. I would ask your doctors office if they can just fill it out now if you schedule an appt, or ask them what they recommend. They definitely should be able to help you out somehow. John goes to Dr Reitsma in Frankfort and likes his associate too if you can't get in with him: (708) 709-9300
