Family owned and operated, Franklin Septic Tank Service has spent 40 plus years installing and repairing septic systems. We are a two man crew: run by father and son. If ever there is an issue: you deal straight with Mr. Franklin. We are devoted to giving you the very best comprehensive results, in order to relieve you of your concerns. We service all residential properties around North-West Georgia and surrounding areas.

Jeff P. wrote: I made an appointment to have my septic tank pumped 11 days ago. 12 hours before the appointment Mr. Franklin contacted me to confirm the appointment. Upon returning his text message a little over an hour later I was informed that my appointment was cancels and that I would have to reschedule two weeks out. I explained to Mr. Franklin that I was serving at my church's vocation bible school and did not have access to my phone; too which he responded "Already canceled." I found this to be completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the client that already arrange their schedule in order to be home.Was this review helpful to you?
