First he is not desperate to suck my money(not greedy, reasonable charge for fees or fixing cost), Second he(his company) takes care of only rental properties. (Not try to sell or buy anything) and Third easy to contact even after signed all paper works smile emoticon Above all, if you have a good price(around $8~900 I guess) not so hard to rent it out.
