  I was wondering if anyone with intact insurance has a proper restoration company coming in? Did they book the company for you and if so who? I'm trying to find out who they deal with so that I can contact them myself for an assessment. I was right across from the fire with Windows left open and ash and soot everywhere. They don't seem to think this warrants a full cleaning
