  We'll be spending all of January at our cabin in Ellijay. We have two fur babies, and the little one has just started having seizures. Our vet suggested we find a vet nearby in case Cane has any complications while we are gone . Can any of you make suggestions for a good vet near Ellijay? Thanks iin advance.

  Do we have any duck experts? A fox? got 2 chickens and 2.of our ducks. It attacked the third doing some damage to its neck and it's pretty gross and had maggots in the wound. I think it may need to be pts. Suggestions?

  I'm so saddened to hear this. Maybe try the emergency vet on Windy Ridge to see if they will do a "mercy" put down, and my only fear is what they would charge. 706-632-7879.
