  Does anyone have a great recommendation for a general contractor/builder/designer for a fairly large project? We will be closing on a home in Parkland in the BBB Ranches area next week (hopefully). House is nearly 40 years old. We know we will completely redo the kitchen and bathrooms, and likely do a master suite addition, expand the laundry room, and more. Would also like to add a pool and outdoor kitchen. Want to add gas. Want to add more hurricane resistant features. We need someone who can help us balance what features and current room placement to save, versus what to move (i.e. since we will be completely redoing kitchen, how much more to move it to a better location in the home.) At the same time there is a charm and character to the house that we want to preserve. Extra plus for contractor/designer that can keep the "tropical hawaiian plantation" vibe that already exists in the home. We want to get started ASAP, so thanks in advance for your referrals.
