  Okay everyine time to help a friend. My friends recently found out that when some bathroom plumbing renovations were done on their rental the plumber didn't hook them up to the sewer correctly and it has been dumping into the crawlspace causing the floor to rot, black mold etc. The landlord was in tears when they told her because she doesn't have the resources to fix everything it caused that is wrong with the house. They need to find a new home. They are trying to keep it around $1300/ month. Looking for Highline school district, preferably Burien area and need a 3 or 4 bedroom house or a an apartment with a closed garage. If anyone has any leads please post here and they will be able to see it.
