  Not an entire restaurant, but https://www.facebook.com/57509846879 Elgin Public House has some good vegetarian options - love the Black Bean Burger and & Veggie burger. They allow you to substitute a black bean or veggie patty on any of the specialty burgers. The veggie melt & grilled cheese are great too. There's also appetizers like the baked goat cheese and hummus.
