  I'm looking for a contractor to do some patch work for a townhouse off of Durant and Capital. It had water damage due to a broken pipe. Repairs consist of replacing sheet rock (less than 6 inches from the floor) in 3 rooms, floor molding, and paint. Need to get estimates first. Need done ASAP. Thanks in advance!
