  Here's a challenge, that I'm sure will get a good amount of varied responses. Best, but most inexpensive place you know of? Any fast food places excluded. And I'd like to know on the left side of the city. Please, no Lee's Summit, Independence, Blue Springs, or Liberty areas. Thank you! Think about a place that after you've gotten done eating and received the bill that you were almost in shock because it's so low for what you just had.

  https://www.facebook.com/495249093915665 Taqueria El Paisa just east of 87 th and I-435. For example, Tuesday lunch special is about $7, includes a pile of chicken fajita fixins, house made tortillas, rice beans, guacamole, sour cream. Lasted 2 meals, plus some snacking!
