  I had the same issue getting someone out here. A local company that had a death in family recommended Dan Dennehy who found the problem after another roofer failed to find it and replaced all our vents for under $300. Here is his number 602-999-6845.

  The bad part of a roof leak is that you don't know you have one until it's too late. Well, even worse is paying someone $300 to apply a non-industrial sealant over a dirty, wet roof which resulted in ruined ceiling tiles. My point (finally) is that we need to find someone who actually KNOWS how to replace ceiling tiles in an older mobile home.

And....anyone know of a good & reliable roofing company? I called Badger Roofing [talked with rep at PV Home & Garden Show] and Paladin Roofing [recommended by HomeAdvisor online] several days ago and neither have bothered to call me back.....guess they don't need my business!   I had a leak that someone previously had looked at and then never showed up. It rained and I called every licensed roofer in the area and not one would come out and look at the leak while it was raining. Someone referred me to Dan Dennehy 602-999-6845. He came out for free and found the cause and had new vents put in by the weekend. I cannot speak highly enough about him. I had been dealing with this leak for several months.
