  We need a garden tub in our master bath replaced. We need a general contractor to manage the project as there will be sheetrock & tile involved as well as the remove and replace of the tub. We are having a very difficult time finding anyone. Many general contractor require a larger minimum for a project- they want to renovate a whole bathroom. Does anyone have a great, licensed, trustworthy, detail-oriented general contractor they can recommend? We have a room in our basement that we would also like finished so we can add that to the project to try to hit a higher minimum.
