Art has always been my most prominent attribute, passed down from my granddad, a painter, my father, a technical drawer. From a young age I showed promise in anything creative and was never academic. Although as I reached my teens I lost sight of my talent and had what one may call a (miss spent youth). After a bout of mental illness, with not much reason to wake up in the morning, I decided to go back to college (later than most) and do a national diploma in art and design, It was then I realized how much I had missed art and knew I would never be satisfied unless I was to peruse a life of art. I tried various creative paths, such as graphics-working in advertising, and having my own fine art stall, although neither seemed to satisfy my need to create what I considered art. I eventually began drawing on a Saturday for ten pound a day at a local tattoo studio, and from this moment I knew my dream was to become a tattoo artist. I spent the next few years trying every avenue to break into such a competitive industry, which for the first few years was filled with broken promises, and heart break in my quest to find an apprenticeship. Finally in march of 2010 I began tattooing, I can honestly say tattooing has saved my life, and will continue to be my undying passion, It is the true love of my life (much to my partners upset) for which I cant apologies. I have honored and respected my craft and spend every day dedicating my life to the art of tattooing, and will continue to spend each day refining my work. I am truly blessed, proud and eternally grateful to be lucky enough to say I am living my dream.
