Welcome to ABC Veterinary Hospital, where pets are family. At ABC Veterinary Hospital, we offer a full range of veterinary services designed to provide the highest level of care for your special pet.
Our facilities are complete with radiology, dentistry and an in-house laboratory. In addition to general medicine, we offer low-cost spay, neuter and vaccine services as well as year-round flea, tick and heartworm prevention.
Advances in medicine and science technology afforded ABC Veterinary Hospital the opportunity to enhance our exceptional care through the field of telemedicine. Outside specialists in fields such as cardiology, orthopedics and radiology can assist in diagnoses. This allows the doctors and staff at ABC Veterinary Hospital to care for your pet with the same specialized attention that you would expect for yourself.
ABC Veterinary Hospital has been providing superior medical care to San Diego for many years. The doctors and staff are dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate, and first-rate care to all of our clientele and their furry family members.
Dr. Pei grew up in Los Angeles then moved to UC Irvine for her B.Sc. in biology. During school she was involved in research with birds and wild reptiles, which only further stoked her love for animals and interest in animal medicine. Dr. Pei attended Ross University in St. Kitts for her academic studies then went to the University of Minnesota for her clinical rotations.
Dr. Pei enjoys cooking and trying new foods, reading, traveling, spending time with family and her dog Rupert.

Dr. Janet Loken is a California native who first moved to San Diego to attend UCSD as an undergraduate where she majored in physiology. After earning her veterinary degree at U.C. Davis she returned to San Diego and has lived in the county ever since.
She is married to Alan Watson, who was disappointed she did not change her name to Dr. Watson, because he would not change his... show more first name to Sherlock. They have many pets including, three dogs, three cats, one cockatoo, four pond turtles, three tortoises, one turkey, and numerous fish.
Besides taking care of her pets her hobbies include metal sculpture and gardening.
