We have been working on our credit scores but haven't made it to where we can get an FHA loan yet and would like to move forward with a rent to own. We are looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom, 1 or 2 bath home. We MUST have a large fenced in yard for our 4 legged baby to run and play. I prefer to have a window over my kitchen sink but that isn't a deal breaker. My husband would like a garage or a nice she'd for his man cave. We both have great jobs and have a great rental history with current landlord and can easily afford between $800 to $1000 a month.
