Hi locals! I am in search of a good yoga community in HB. I like a good vibe and a challenging workout.
Positive energy is everything!
Suggestions?
Edit: I'm Southside so something beach close/downtown. Would like to be able to bike there.
Thanks✌️

Also, if you're looking for both great yoga, amazing group fitness classes, and an incredible gym, check out https://www.facebook.com/661292277315684 Equinox Huntington Beach. (Come take my class!)
What is your favorite Gym in Huntington Beach? And Why?
I'm looking for a gym here, I like to do classes if it's a hard sweaty mean class. That Is important to me. I also like to do my own lifting and cardio sometimes too. Any recommendations?

Looking to send a friend to a good spa for a treat I have a friend living in the Santa Monica area who has been having a rough summer. She's never been to a spa and I would love to surprise her with something really nice. However, I live in another state - does anyone who lives in the area have any recommendations?
Thanks for your help :)

I don't know many spas, but I know Equinox has a spa and non-members can purchase treatments. Perhaps check out the one in Santa Monica and see if you're able to purchase over the phone! http://www.equinox.com/

I've sent my wife to both Burke Williams (4 th & Santa Monica) and Exhale (@the Fairmont). Both are great. I don't remember how I booked her appointment at Exhale, but I know booked appointments over the phone at Burke Williams. If she's never been, explain to her she should stay & use the facilities before and/or after the massage. In fact, bring a book. It's a terrific way to relax. I wouldn't choose the spa at Equinox. I went to the gym there for a few years. It's not a bad spa, but it lacks the "special" feel you get at Burke Williams.
